Sizing
We have a wide offering of cake sizes, sometimes it is hard to determine the size of cake you need to order. Here are some common sizes and suggested servings for each to help you decide what is best for you.

In addition to the common shapes and sizes above we also offer shaped cakes and 3D cakes. And these cakes are iced with our store made icing smoothed down for a fondant look.
The Village Bakery also offers white and chocolate cupcakes. Specialty flavored and deluxe cupcakes are also available. These may be subject to a minimum order.

Tennessee Mountain Stack Cake
Apple Stack Cakes were originally used as wedding cakes in the Appalachian Mountains.
Using an old family recipe, the Village Bakery uses 100% Tennessee green apples from orchards located only a few miles from the Smoky Mountains. They hand peel, slice, and cook the apples, spicing them with traditional Appalachian spices before spreading them between the numerous layers of moist cake.
You can order this cake from the store locally, or you can have this cake shipped through Goldbelly if you are beyond the reaches of our local store.
